China local bible paper for bible printing jobs introduction --
We buy China local bible paper for our bible printing jobs from Zhejiang Xianhe Special Paper Company which is a professional bible paper manufacture in China. The bible paper weight that we use is 30gsm, 33gsm, 35gsm, 40gsm, 45gsm and 50gsm. Regular opacity is 77% and 80%, and high opacity is from 84% to 86%. The brightness is from 83% to 87%, and the PPI ranges from 1070 to 1450.

Special case binding materials introduction --
(1) PU leather
We can use imported high quality PU materials, and China local high quality PU materials as well. This material is cost efficient and flexible to treat. Many surface treating technology such as foil stamping, heat burning, thread stitching rims, will perform well on PU leather. PU leather is softer and much more cost efficient than other leathers.
The PU that we use normally come from China Alfa 3, Italy Synt 3 and Italy Fiscagomma.
 
(2) Bond leather
Bond leather is a material made of varying degrees of genuine leather combined with other substances to give the appearance of leather at efficient cost. bond leather can be found in furniture, bookbinding, and various fashion accessories. The type of bond leather include fragile paper-backed constructions is usually used to as book covering materials. These bond leathers may contain a smaller proportion of leather and have some leather content in surface layer, hence there may be an actual leather smell. bond leather is not softer as PU, but it is much closer to genuine leather in appearance than PU leather.
The bond leather that we use normally come from USA Cromwell, USA Arizona/Arizondic, Cabra, Italy Prododii.
 
(3) Genuine leather
Calf, sheep and pig skin genuine leather is regular for bible book covering material. Some China local genuine leather products perform well as book covering materials now. It is much softer than bond leather, but much expensive than bond leather and PU leather. Genuine leather materials are normally used for extremely deluxe bible printing jobs.
Genuine leather that we use normally come from USA Cromwell Saddrea and China local products.
 
(4) Cloth
Some cloth materials are found on book covering after being flood coated by pulp or laminated by backer paper. Most cloth is softer as covering material. The appearance and texture can be kept and performed well when it is applied to case. But because of not smooth surface character, some decorative technology like foil stamping should be taken serviously when it happens.
The cloth that we use normally come from Ecological, Rainbow Sun, B & N and China local products.
 
(5) Imitation Leather
Imitation leather is not real or genuine leather, actually it is the combination of plastic and paper. The base is the paper uncoated with high strength, and the surface coated is PVC/PU. After coating and calender with texture, imitation leather can show various color, texture and patterns with leather feeling. Imitation leather is popular with bible cover, book cover, box wrapping and notebook cover.
There is special imitation leather products without PU/PVC coating surface. It is made of pure-pulp long fibre after dip-dyed in very special chemical solvent. After coating color and calendering texture, this material is much more enviornment-friendly.
The imitation leather that we use normally come from China local products, USA Winter company, USA Ecological company etc.
