5. The language. Yes, the language. If your services members could be very good at your customer?s native language. He can communicate with the customer in this language very efficiently, the customer must be very happy to see this.

6. The services team should make sure to keep themselves professional, they should also improve their personal capabilities continuously, which is the basis to enhance their services level.
